Title: Sales Manager.
Location: Mumbai \ Pune \ Bangalore \ Hyderabad
Experience: 4-6years
Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible for handling Corporate Sales and Travel Agents.
- Shall be responsible for handling a team of executives.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining cordial client relations through regular review calls & visits.
- Shall be responsible for strengthening the existing accounts and develop new accounts.
- Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets

Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Compile market information of the hospitality industry i.e. Occupancy, ARR, sales agents/offices etc. of 4 to 5 star hotels and resorts across the country.
- Keep a track of the calendar events of all Hospitality trade fares across the globe.
- Identify all potential exhibition and trade fares where VCI can participate as an exhibitor and facilitate participation
- Man exhibition stalls in such trade fares.
- Co-ordinate with advertising agency for all collateral requirements i.e. brochure design, content providing etc.
- In charge of Web site content and co-ordinate with agency to keep the web site up to date.
- Prepare business development presentations and keep the presentation updated.
- Any other marketing and business development related function.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing of a reputed chain or hotel.
- Good presentation skills and able to communicate with decision makers with ease.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Qualification: MBA - Marketing
- Well versed with MS Office

Title: Regional Sales Director
Location: Mumbai \ Bangalore.
Experience: 6-9years
Responsibilities:
- Provide management with market information regarding the changes and development of Marketing and or competitive issues on regular basis.
- Set and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial and development objectives for self and team.
- Responsible for Annual Budgeting and MIS report generation.
- Review activity reports of Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure Targets and Sales objectives are met
- Assist the Managers and Associates, with resolving escalated client issues.
- Travel as required.

- To handle recruitment at all cadres at all locations. To supervise all pre and post recruitment formalities.
- To finalise the various perk entitlements to employees of various cadres.
- To ensure effective induction of all new team members at all locations.
- To coordinate for various training programmes.
- Establishes policies that seek to increase retention rates and foster employee job satisfaction and high morale.
- Drafting, Implementing and ensuring complete compliance of various HR policies at all locations and setting up of various Organisational Norms.

- 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Experienced in HR Generalist Role (Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations)
- Ability to handle 350+ employees, spread at various locations across the Globe.
- Ability to understand and solves queries\grievances etc of employees in a satisfactory manner.
- Position is based in Mumbai, but required extensive traveling.

Responsibilities:
- To monitor and handle entire gamut of Financial and Accounting activities.
- To coordinate with the Chairman and various Department Heads and ensure effective Budgeting and financial strategies.
- Performance reporting for Business Units and Marketing Regions.
- Supervising the Sales incentive computations, Cost Analysis, Value drivers and Cost drivers for the business units.
- Project profitability reporting, reporting of Support Department. Expenses vs Budgets.
- Review progress of various on-going projects and analyse cost variance, reports of project.
- Generation of MIS on monthly basis critical analysis of the same.
- Ensure collection of dues from clients as per agreed terms.
- Ensure compliance to the company’s policies and procedures as well as statutory guidelines.
- Shall be responsible for managing corporate finance of the company.
- Responsibility involves maintaining, supervision and finalization of accounts.
- Maintaining accuracy and timely recording of all accounting transactions with adherence to accounting principals.
- Management of Fund flow and monitoring receivables and payables.
- Experienced in handling Direct taxes, Indirect taxes, (Sales tax / Service tax, excise and customs).
- Deal with the Auditors, Bankers, Debtors, Creditors, Statutory and Legal Compliances).
- Solving the queries of staff related to salaries and tax matters.
- Formatting and ensuring timely submission of all MIS Reports to the CMD.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA with at least 7-8 years relevant experience in preparation of Budget, MIS and variance analysis.
- Should posses knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxation.
- Fund Management.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality of information and follows company code of conduct.
- Should be capable to represent accounts and finance department internally and externally and should be able to communicate company policies and procedures for efficiency and effective controls.
